our team

TriSigma was founded in 2002 by a small group of professionals combining a range of specialist capabilities not often found in a small consulting firm. This formula continues to be successful in meeting the needs of our diverse client base. The diversity of our capabilities can be seen in the following biographies.

Stephen has a long successful career in workplace change and employee relations in robust industrial environments including the print and publishing, automotive, retailing, logistics, health and aerospace sectors. Stephen's approach to bringing about change is based on his belief that the adversarial model rarely serves the parties well and that aligning agendas and discovering shared interests is more likely to achieve lasting, positive results. Stephen is accredited as a Mediator under the Australian National Mediator Standards.
