Stephen has a long successful career in workplace change and employee relations in robust industrial environments including the print and publishing, automotive, retailing, logistics, health and aerospace sectors. Stephen's approach to bringing about change is based on his belief that the adversarial model rarely serves the parties well and that aligning agendas and discovering shared interests is more likely to achieve lasting, positive results. Stephen is accredited as a Mediator under the Australian National Mediator Standards.
Peter specialises in organisational design and performance systems, recognition & reward programme reform. Peter has developed methodologies that take a holistic approach to analysing, developing & implementing these reforms. These methodologies incorporate all elements affecting organisational performance, including business strategy, accountabilities, behavioural drivers, lead and lag indicators, capability, performance planning and assessment. Peter is accredited as a Team Management System (TMS) facilitator, and as a Practitioner Mediator. Before joining as a Director of TriSigma, Peter had a long and successful career culminating at General Manager level in one of Australian's largest Corporations and as a senior consultant with a tier 2 Australian firm.
Consulting since 2014, and with more than 30 years' experience working in the Australian university higher education sector, Ian's work focuses on: planning and facilitating change; people management - both coaching managers and direct interventions including mediation and dispute resolution; organisational reviews, evaluation and improvement; and organisational and professional development. Ian places a strong emphasis on partnering with clients to first understand the nature of organisational challenges and then to develop and facilitate solutions which can be drawn from within rather than imposed.
Starting his career in the Union movement Neil has experience as a senior human resource professional in a number of industries including extensive operational mining experience, manufacturing, retail and logistics. He has worked in strategic, corporate, development and change based roles as well as implementation and operational roles. Much of this time has been spent defining, facilitating and managing significant organisational change processes in industrial environments.
Graeme strengthens the technical rigour and research basis of our methodologies and programme development work. Graeme is also our psychological services practice lead. As the previous Director of the Monash University Centre for Applied and Professional Psychology, Graeme was involved in work in benchmarking and database issues surrounding assessment centres and competency development. Graeme is both a health and sports psychologist with a particular interest in psychometrics, the identification and measurement of human performance, using scale and questionnaire techniques.
Laurence provides expert advice on Information Communications and Technology (ICT) and Finance and business improvement matters. Laurence has a Master of Applied Finance and an MBA with majors in HR strategy, change and IT strategic systems. He holds a Financial Advice license PS146/RG146 Tier 1 accreditation, is a founding member of the Melbourne Project Management Institute, is a Fellow of the Strategic Management Institute of Australia and has held membership of the Institute of EDP Auditors and the Institute of Internal Auditors. This novel blend of capabilities has allowed Laurence to successfully work and consult in Australia, the USA, NZ and Sweden.
Sybil applies a fresh blend of organisational and health psychology to corporate leadership capability assessment and development. Sybil excels at providing feedback and coaching to help individuals and teams address pressing behavioural and personal growth issues. She is also an experienced mediator and has an extensive track record in post-trauma psychological support and with employee assistance programmes. Sybil has also undertaken research and coaching for secondary student leadership roles.
Megumi is an experienced Organisational Development specialist, facilitator and coach with external and internal consulting experience of nearly 20 years. She has expertise in designing and delivering culture change, leadership and team development programmes, while drawing on her extensive training and experience as an external and internal consultant to large organisations, these include the ANZ Bank and the National Australia Bank. She develops and delivers an approach to organisational development that taps deeply into hearts and minds while aligning to the strategic goals and implementation challenges for organisations. The latter is enabled by her experience in Strategy, Economics and Business Performance earlier in her career.
Shawn is a nationally accredited mediator who specialises in workplace disputes, having worked as a conflict resolution professional since 1995. He has a wealth of expertise in the broad field encompassing negotiation, conflict resolution and communication. He draws on this expertise as a mediator, facilitator, trainer, coach, and consultant for government agencies, corporations, professional services firms, and others. As a lawyer, Shawn assisted clients in complex negotiations and mediations involving Native Title claims. Shawn also designs and delivers mediation courses at university level, and for corporate and government clients.
David consults to TriSigma on Sociological matters. He is a conflict management, mediation and organisational governance specialist. David has a successful track record with Defence, State and Federal Departments of Education, Health and Human Services, state and private education peak bodies in Australia, Canada and the USA, Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Solicitor General's Department, the UK Home Office and numerous Indigenous bodies in Australia and Canada, plus highly recognisable corporate brands in Australia.
