For instance, the Australian Productivity Commission estimates that workplace bullying costs the Australian economy between $6 billion and $36 billion annually.

In addition, when conflict escalates to bullying or harassment this represents a risk to organisations under current and proposed Work Health Safety legislation.

Jim Cyngler Consulting based in Melbourne provides expert mediation, facilitation and training services in areas of dispute resolution and managing conflict. Jim Cyngler OAM and his team of experts provide facilitation and workshop-based effective training programmes.

In addition to strengthening TriSigma's conflict management and mediation consulting offer, our alliance with Jim Cyngler AOM provides access to a range of blended learning programmes that build leaders' and managers' capability for management conflict.

Learning programmes range from 1 to 4 days, with the latter potentially leading to accreditation as a mediator under the National Framework.
